BORA – groundbreaking technology in the kitchen
BORA changes the rules of the game in the kitchen – the company’s cooking and baking appliances are built around original developments and groundbreaking technologies. Its flagship product: a cooktop with an integrated extractor that draws cooking vapours away right where they are created (at the cooktop) instead of the classic system that pulls the air upwards – developed by Willi Bruckbauer, the company’s founder and the man behind its vision and creativity.
BORA was founded in 2007 in the Bavaria region of Germany. In 2008 the company launched its first product – the BORA cooktop extractor system. Since then the company has grown and expanded its global activity to more than 40 countries.
BORA specialises in built-in kitchen appliances, with a primary focus on extractor systems integrated into the cooktop surface, steam cooking and baking systems, and integrated built-in refrigerators. BORA products are characterised by meticulous design that is attuned to contemporary trends.
