Privacy Policy– Bulthaup Group
1) General
The Bulthaup Group, consisting of the following companies: Bulthaup Investments Ltd., Bulthaup Israel Ltd., Blue Kitchen Systems Ltd., De Boks Furniture Ltd., and Dan 38 Entrepreneurship Ltd., as well as all companies affiliated with or held by them (hereinafter together and separately: “the Group” or “we“) values your privacy and is committed to protecting and safeguarding the personal information (as defined below) that you provide to it on our websites and other digital properties (hereinafter: “the Sites“) or that is collected by us during your use of the Sites or in the course of your engagement with us for the purchase of our products and the provision of installation and support services associated with them (hereinafter: “the Products and Services“).
This privacy policy describes how we use personal information relating to you, the purposes for which personal information is collected, the parties with whom we share this information, and the rights available to you under law in connection with personal information relating to you and processed by us (hereinafter: “the Policy“).
By using the Sites and/or by providing personal information about yourself during your engagement with us for the provision of the Products and Services, you consent to our collection, storage, and use of personal information about you in accordance with the terms of this Policy. It is clarified that you are not legally obligated to provide personal information. However, failure to provide personal information may prevent us from completing the transaction with you for the purchase of the Products and Services, make it difficult to provide services to you, prevent delivery of the Products to you, and it is also possible that we will not be able to offer you the full scope of use of the Sites—for example, we may not be able to contact you or respond to your inquiry on any matter.
2) Personal Information
Personal information is any information collected by us and/or provided to us by you and/or on your behalf, by means of which you (or another person) can be reasonably identified, including but not limited to first name, last name, identification number, residential address, email address, telephone/mobile number, and the like, as well as any content of inquiries and additional information provided to us or collected during any correspondence between you and the Group.
When using the Sites, the Group collects information about users of the Sites. Some of the information collected does not identify you personally and is not stored together with your personal details—for example, the pages you viewed; offers and services that interested you; the IP address from which you browsed the Sites; cookie files; and more.
We ask you to provide us with and collect ourselves only the information necessary for us to fulfill the purposes set forth below in this Policy.
3) Aggregate Information
We may collect, use, and share aggregate data, such as statistical data using standard analytics tools, to learn how you and other users interact with the Sites, in support of our activities and operations.
Aggregate data may be derived from personal information but is not considered personal information in terms of applicable law, as such data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your usage data and that of other users to calculate the number of users of a particular feature on the Sites.
However, if we combine aggregate data with personal data relating to you such that this combination of data can identify you directly or indirectly, we will treat the combined data as personal data that will fall within the scope of the Policy. We use Google Analytics analytics tools that integrate cookies on your device that are controlled and managed by Google. Google Analytics operates add-ons that allow you to avoid collection of your information by installing a browser add-on, such as Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
4) Use of Cookies
Cookies are tiny pieces of information stored in the user’s browser on the Sites. The Sites use cookies for their routine and proper operation, adaptation to users’ personal preferences, identification of registered users, monitoring and analysis of performance, collection of statistical data about use of the Sites, verification of secure use of the Sites, authentication of details, and more.
When you upload data via an online form, “Contact” page, or other means of communication, cookie settings may store the relevant information for future correspondence.
If you do not consent to the use of cookies, you can avoid this by changing the settings in your browser. To do so, please use your browser’s help file. However, disabling cookies may prevent you from using some of the services and features of the Sites. Since in most cases there are no options that allow blocking cookies without completely disabling the functionality and features they add to the Sites, it is recommended to leave them enabled when using the Sites, but as stated, the choice to avoid this is yours.
In addition, you can delete cookies on your device at any time. It is suggested that you do so only if you are convinced that you do not want the Sites to be adapted to your personal preferences and in the event that you do not want the Sites to recognize you on repeat visits to pages on the Sites that require registration.

We will not transfer personal information relating to you to third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:
- To the extent necessary for the proper operation of the Sites and the content offered therein or for the provision of our Products and Services, we will share personal information about you with various service providers;

7) Transfers of Information Outside Israel
The Group may transfer personal information about you outside the jurisdiction of Israel and/or the European Union, including for cloud storage purposes. The privacy protection laws in the jurisdiction to which personal information is transferred may not be as comprehensive as those in effect in Israel and the European Union, and in such a case the Group will take appropriate steps to ensure a similar level of protection for personal information about you.
8) Information Security
The Group implements on the Sites up-to-date information security systems, applications, and procedures designed to minimize the risks of theft, loss, or unauthorized access to personal information in accordance with the provisions of the law.
While these information security systems and procedures reduce the risks of unauthorized intrusion into personal information, they do not provide absolute security. The Group cannot guarantee and does not undertake that personal information will be completely protected from unauthorized intrusions and unauthorized use of personal information. Therefore, you will have no claim, demand, or lawsuit against the Group or anyone on its behalf due to unauthorized intrusions and/or disclosure and/or use of personal information resulting from unauthorized intrusions as stated.

10) Retention and Deletion of Personal Information
We retain different types of personal information for different periods, in accordance with the purposes detailed in this Policy and in accordance with legal requirements. We will delete or render personal information anonymous when there is no further need for processing of the personal information. We will retain aggregate data that cannot be identified indefinitely. In any case, as long as you use the Sites or are our customer, we will retain personal information about you, unless applicable law requires us to delete it. It is clarified that deletion of personal information, when necessary, is not immediate. It may take some time until residual copies of personal information are completely deleted from the active servers and backup systems of the Sites and/or from the Group’s information systems.
11) Direct Mail and Receipt of Advertising
The Group will be entitled to use your identifying details in its possession to contact/send you information about its products and services as well as marketing and advertising content. Such contact may be made by any means of communication that the Group deems appropriate, including by mail, email, landline telephone, mobile telephone, short message service (SMS), messages via social networks, and other means.
Such information will be sent to you only if you have given explicit consent to do so, and you may, when providing your personal details, choose not to receive marketing information from the Group or revoke your consent and cease receiving such information at any time, in the manner specified on the Sites and/or in the mailing medium, as applicable.
12) Changes to the Privacy Policy
We will update this Policy from time to time. The binding version of the Policy is the current version displayed on the Sites, and you accept and agree to the Privacy Policy in all its provisions. If we make material changes to this Policy, an appropriate notice will be posted on the home page of the Sites at least thirty (30) days in advance. If we make non-material changes to the Policy, an appropriate notice will be posted on the home page of the Sites at least seven (7) days in advance. To the extent that we make changes in accordance with law or the requirement of a relevant authority, such changes will take effect according to law or the requirement as stated above. If you do not agree to the updated Privacy Policy, you may choose not to continue using the Sites and/or consuming the Products and Services.
